K3 Visa Attorney

There are many reasons why a person might require why a person looking to immigrate to the United States might require a K3 Visa attorney. A K4 status is good for two years, unless they turn 21, get married, or when their K3 parent becomes adjusted to Permanent Resident. You will have work authorization based on your K3 status.
